Delicious Cajun Deviled Eggs

We all have a ton of leftover hard-boiled eggs from Easter. It is just one of the great - or not-so-great, in some people's minds - side effects of boiling and decorating those eggs in a myriad of different colors.

This year, don't make that boring egg salad until you get sick to death of eating eggs. Try something more fun that you will actually want to eat. My husband makes a very flavorful Cajun Deviled Eggs recipe that I would like to share with you:

Shad's Cajun Deviled Eggs

12 hard-boiled eggs
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. mayo
2 tsp. mustard powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. dill

Now bring the heat: Add dried red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper and Tobasco sauce to taste. Optional: top with chopped green onions. Believe me, your guests and family will love this!
